Families - full time to assist clients with enrollment in educational programs
and teach job readiness skills including assisting clients with using our budget
work sheets and facilitating involvement in our Self-Sufficiency Project.
Provide follow up for the first few months post discharge to ensure job

PathWaysPA is seeking quality
therapists to provide trauma-informed therapeutic services to women, teen
mothers and teen girls in their homes. Must be trained-in trauma-informed
services and be familiar with the S.E.L.F. model; must also be comfortable
addressing sexual abuse and domestic violence issues. Flexible hours required.
LSW/LCSW and credentialed/eligible to be credentialed to provide services to CBH
members required.
Life Skill
Counselor
To provide life skill training and case management services to older adolescent teen mothers and teen girls and their children in a Transitional Living Program. Must understand teen parent and teen girls’ issues and must have some knowledge of basic life skills. FT-40 hour week requires flexible scheduling. BSW or related bachelor’s degree required.
