The PathWays PA EARN Center offers free services and incentives to support people transitioning from Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) to the workforce. We help participants develop the skills they need for family-sustaining jobs. Services of the EARN Center include:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) staff
• Job readiness assessment
• Job placement and retention services
• Paid work experience and community service opportunities
• Career counseling & family support services
• Vocational foundation skills
• Nationally certified job-readiness program
